PURCHASING CONDITIONS

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ("Consumer Code"), the User may withdraw from the Contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the Product.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the User to follow the procedure described below before the withdrawal period expires.

The User must take all appropriate measures to preserve the Product and do everything possible to ensure that the Product is returned in the best possible condition, including the original undamaged packaging, instruction manuals, accessories, any separate items, and any other components.

The Product must not have been handled in any way other than that necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

If the User has complied with all measures, they will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price of the Product in accordance with the provisions below.

In order to withdraw from the Contract, the User must contact LANAMANIA through the specific Contact section available at the email address: lanamania@virgilio.it or call Customer Service at the number indicated on the Website.

The user will be informed of the procedures regarding the return of the Product.

The User is responsible for the integrity of the Product as long as the same good is in their possession.

Should the User decide to return the Product and provided that the right of withdrawal from the Contract has been exercised within the withdrawal period (so-called Cooling-off Period) of 14 days, LANAMANIA will refund all payments received from the User without undue delay and, in any case, within and no later than 14 days from the day the User communicated their intention to withdraw from the contract.

LANAMANIA will fully refund the price of the returned Product (EXCLUDING SHIPPING COSTS for the return, which will be borne by the User).

LANAMANIA will not consider return requests if the returned Product is found to be malfunctioning due to improper use, negligence, physical, aesthetic, or superficial damage or alterations, tampering, or improper maintenance or wear and tear.

The User is always responsible for the correct installation of Products purchased online.

Please also do not remove or make the serial code of the Product illegible.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs throughout Italy at only 6.00 Euro.

Smaller islands 10.00 Euro.

GLS courier and delivery in 24/72 hours from the shipping date, which occurs within 2 working days from the order date.

Lanamania is not responsible for any delays by the shipping agency.

Incorrect entry of the address or house number will result in a cost of 10 euros for the change.

LANAMANIA cannot be held responsible for the failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations herein, due to circumstances beyond LANAMANIA's reasonable and foreseeable control (hereinafter "Force Majeure Events").

Force Majeure Events include, by way of example and not exhaustive, the following circumstances:

• (a) strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes;
• (b) civil mobilizations and insurrections, invasions, terrorist attacks or threats of terrorist attacks, armed conflicts (declared or not) or threats or preparation of conflicts;
• (c) fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, epidemics or other natural disasters;
• (d) impossibility of using public or private telecommunication means;
• (e) pandemics or epidemics.

The fulfillment of LANAMANIA's obligations under these General Conditions will be suspended for the period during which the Force Majeure Events occur. LANAMANIA will do everything in its power to identify solutions that allow the correct fulfillment of its obligations despite the persistence of Force Majeure Events.
